Pricing
The full Axon platform at every scale.
Pricing follows the number of devices actively using the network at the same time. Every plan includes the same operations console, traffic visibility, diagnostics, alerting, policy engine and Simba. Add sites and network hardware without buying another feature bundle.

What every tier includes
One platform. No feature gating.
Tiers differ only by the concurrently active endpoints you serve. Every plan ships the complete product, on hardware you already own.
- Multi-site network operations console
- Axon Experience Score and Network Pulse
- Application, user, domain and destination analytics
- Application-aware traffic classification, including supported TLS and QUIC context
- DNS, HTTP, path and bounded speed diagnostics
- Performance baselines and measurement alerts
- WAN capacity planning
- SNMP and UniFi infrastructure monitoring
- Application, device, IP and domain policy
- In-app notifications, email and webhooks
- Simba evidence-based network assistant, connected over the encrypted private management network
- Zero-touch enrollment, remote agent updates, unlimited sites and managed devices
How counting works
A concurrently active endpoint is real, simultaneous load.
A concurrently active endpoint is a device actively passing traffic through an Axon-managed site at that moment. It is not a named administrator seat, and it is not your total subscriber or device inventory. Tiers are sized by the concurrency your network actually sustains — short bursts do not interrupt service — and you can move between tiers as your network grows or quiets. Same console, same configuration, no re-platforming.
Pricing questions
Before you ask.
01How do you count concurrently active endpoints?
A concurrently active endpoint is a device actively passing traffic through an Axon site at the same moment, not a named seat or your total subscriber list. You pay for real, simultaneous load.
02Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Tiers follow the concurrency your network actually sustains, so you can move up or down as it grows or quiets — short bursts do not interrupt service. Same console, same configuration, no re-platforming.
03What if I serve more than 5,000 concurrently active endpoints?
That is the Enterprise tier. Talk to us about carrier-scale and regulated-network pricing, including on-prem control-plane options.
04Can we buy the hardware from you?
Yes. We ship a preconfigured Axon box straight to your site: plug it in, it enrolls itself over the private management network, and it starts reporting. Prefer commodity hardware you already own? That works too.
